How to Configure Output Filtering

Open a server's Guard Rails tab, find Output Filtering, and add a rule: pick a tool, a filter type (mask field, remove field, or redact pattern), the target field path or regex, and a replacement value if the type needs one. It saves, but isn't enforced by the backend yet.
