What Is a Blank Template in a Resource?

"Blank resource" is just the manual creation path for a static resource — you get an empty HTML editor and write the content yourself, instead of picking an existing tool or endpoint to auto-generate a dynamic resource. There's no separate "blank" resource type on the backend; it's still a static resource under the hood.
